Good start of my hardcore diet today, just got back from the gym, burned 1200 calories, did all my core exercises and managed to hit one of my first fitness goals of running for 30 minutes without a break! I’ve also not binged so far and I’m finally succeeding at drinking enough water and no juice in sight :)
Also, managed to perfectly balance my intake somehow, with 1200 calories to 75g protein and 25g fibre. I don’t use protein powder so I’ve really been struggling with that one.
