I’ve also not binged so far and I’m finally succeeding at drinking enough water and no juice in sight :)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also, managed to perfectly balance my intake somehow, with 1200 calories to 75g protein and 25g fibre. I don’t use protein powder so I’ve really been struggling with that one.&lt;/p&gt;
